The first Ichnusa brewery opened in Cagliari over a century ago, in 1912, under the guidance of Amsicora Capra, one of the most famous entrepreneurs in Sardinia.
After the difficult period between the two World Wars, in 1945 they resume the production activity and the beer becomes one of the symbols of the renewed well-being. In 1963 they started the project of a new brewery in Assemini, the first in Italy to install cylindrical-conical vertical fermentation tanks. The attitude to innovation makes them grow even more.
The Ichnusa have firmly maintained a brewery in Assemini and we have remained faithful to the traditions.
